#SEND THIS TO EVERYONE WHO DOESN’T SHIP DESTIEL#BECAUSE LOOK AT DEAN#HE IS NOT HETERO #HE IS BISEXUAL OR HETEROFLEXIBAL #I DON’T CARE #BUT SERIOUSLY #REALLY #HE LOVES CAS AND NO ONE WILL EVER TELL ME OTHERWISE #BOO BOO YOU LOVE HIM #OK
#Okay I totally ship them #But It is not Cool to Try and force a Ship on Someone. #That is not okay
Adding my two cents here, I know a lot of people saw this one way, but let me just describe to you another interpretation of this. Simply, I see it as Dean being so proud and happy to see his best friend adjusting. I can only imagine he must of had all these horrifying images of Castiel completely falling apart and not coping at all. But here he is, about to go on a date of all things! Dean is glowing! He is beyond happy and proud and just filled with so much joy and love because all these horrible scenarios he picture Cass being in were completely inaccurate, in fact it’s the complete opposite.
I think this moment in particular is Dean realising how OK Castiel is. He has a job, an income, a woman in his life… He’s doing better than Dean could ever have imagined. And he’s seeing it all right now, just as he’s about to wave off Cass to his first ever date. Cass is nervous, anxious, and Dean is offering all this last minute advise to help him.
I don’t think shoving his scene down people’s throats and expecting them to ship Destiel or believe Dean is bisexual after seeing it because this is literature and literature can be interpreted a million different ways. Please don’t ignorantly assume your own interpretation is the only one, or arrogantly the correct one.
